THE ADVENTURES OF ROCKY AND BULLWINKLE

Popular cartoon characters Rocky and Bullwinkle make their big-screen
debut in this adventure tale that combines animation with live action.
Years after their television show was canceled, Rocky and Bullwinkle are
still living off the residuals. This time, when three cartoon villains
enter the world as real people, they decide to take over the United States.
The FBI knows that the only way to stop Fearless Leader, Boris, and Natasha
is to recruit Rocket J. Squirrel and Bullwinkle J. Moose; however, when
they enter the real world, they remain cartoon characters. Rocky and Bullwinkle,
along with their FBI sidekick, Karen Sympathy, must travel from Hollywood
to New York to foil Fearless Leader's fiendish plot to become president.
The movie will be shown in the von Karman Auditorium and will start promptly

The Glendale Centre Theatre is proud to bring you this magnificent

worlds discover a forgotten garden, they open a secret door to friendship,

Explorer Milo Thather gets hold of a map to the lost city of Atlantis.
Along with Captain Rourke, he and his crew set forth on a mission to find
the mysterious city aboard a submarine. Along the way, they encounter many
dangerous obstacles that not only make it difficult to reach the city,
but theirway back to civilization as well. This film is showing at the
El Capitan. Tickets are $11.50 each and go on sale June 11th.
LION KING

Wild Africa is the setting for this animated tale of a young lion cub
whose evil uncle usurps his father's crown and lets hyenas overrun the
kingdom. Dodging danger and befriending some oddball characters, the cub
wanders until the day he's ready to return. Songs by Elton John and featuring
the voices of Whoopie Goldberg, Cheech Marin, James Earl Jones, Matthew
Broderick, Nathan Lane and Jeremy Irons. Academy Award Nominations: 4,
including 3 for Best Original Song. Academy Awards: 2, including Best Original
Score and Best Original Song (Elton John and Tim Rice: "Can You Feel the
Love Tonight"). The performance is at the Pantages Theatre. Tickets
