ARC is a sub-club of the JPL Employees Recreation Club and it is accountable to the ERC for budgets, grant submittals, reviews and general ARC activities. ERC subsidizes ARC for organizational and capital items, special recognition and activity awards, annual planning luncheons and the cost of printing ARC Light . ARC social activity costs are covered by participants' fees. ARC operates under a set of by-laws approved by the general membership. Caltech's Human Resources Office and the JPL Benefits Office are cognizant of ARC's policies and activities.

ARC Board of Director meetings are held on the first Wednesday monthly, at 10:00 AM in the conference room of the Caltech Employees Federal Credit Union building at 528 Foothill Blvd, La Canada.
